When it comes to flooring, durability, aesthetics, and easy maintenance are top priorities. SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is revolutionizing the flooring industry by offering a perfect blend of strength, beauty, and convenience.
SPC flooring is an advanced type of vinyl flooring that combines limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and stabilizers to create a highly durable and waterproof core. Unlike traditional vinyl flooring, SPC is more rigid, making it a great choice for high-traffic areas and moisture-prone spaces like kitchens and bathrooms.
SPC flooring is not just about durability; it adds a stylish and modern touch to any space. Available in various textures and finishes, including wood and stone looks, it effortlessly enhances the aesthetics of your home or business.

Siyatone surfaces has an exclusive smooth top layer that is not only incredibly comfortable for walking on but also absorbs noise. Its exclusive top layer dampens the sound of footfall by up to 21 dB, which makes it 50% quieter than other LVT floors.
Barefoot or not, the sound-absorbent qualities of Siyatone surfaces are synonymous with quieter steps and a more pleasant acoustic experience.
Thanks to its acoustic layer and its click installation system, Siyatone surfaces requires very little preparation of the base floor and can hide any irregularities or minor imperfections therein, while offering a quick, simple and clean installation solution.
Its rigid core also prevents these irregularities commonly found in older or damaged floors from emerging to the surface.
As Siyatone surfaces is a non-porous material with a practically watertight installation system, it is highly moisture resistant, making it the ideal option for the bathroom.
The kitchen is one of the rooms in the house where floors suffer most, from accidental spills of food and drinks to the regular traffic it tends to receive. Siyatone surfaces is easy to clean and wear resistant, making it the best option to meet the hygiene and cleaning needs of a room as important as the kitchen.
The rigidity of its core and the resistance of its protective top layer makes Siyatone surfaces the ideal solution for commercial spaces such as retail stores, hotels, hospitals or other high-traffic areas.
Thanks to its unique composition, Siyatone surfaces can be walked on without the usual wear marks that affect wood appearing on its surface
UNICLIC is the established favorite in the industry thanks to its unmatched efficiency and technical
performance. This glueless locking technology for flooring and wall panels works for both the long and short
sides of the panel and is easily installed by angling or snapping.
UNICLIC guarantees a high tolerance control towards height differences and (unwanted) gaps through a flexible
lower lip in combination with contacts and spaces in the joint.
The Uniclic system is an advanced click-lock mechanism that allows SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) tiles to be
installed seamlessly without glue or nails. Developed and patented by Unilin, this system ensures a strong,
gap-free connection, making SPC tiles more durable, waterproof, and easy to install.
Unlike traditional flooring that requires adhesives, the Uniclic system provides a hassle-free, quick, and
efficient flooring solution.
Ensure the subfloor is dry, clean, and level before installation.
Remove any dust or debris to avoid uneven surfaces.
Begin from a corner of the room and place the first tile at a 45-degree angle into the next tile’s groove.
Gently push the tile downward until it locks into place with a firm click sound.
Use a rubber mallet if needed to ensure a snug fit.
Repeat the process row by row, making sure each tile is tightly locked.
Maintain a small expansion gap around walls and fixed objects to allow natural expansion.
Use a cutter or saw to trim tiles where necessary
Install skirting or edge profiles to complete the look.
